Matt Jemtrud

President

Matt leverages over 25 years of management and engineering expertise in the federal space to deliver customer-focused IT solutions. He has a strong track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the capture process from opportunity identification through proposal submission. He has managed business development pipelines surpassing the $1 billion mark, with noteworthy recent victories exceeding $400 million.

In addition to being an Air Force Veteran, Matt has supported the Modeling, Simulation, and Training community for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has led the design, development, fielding, and sustainment of high-fidelity training systems. As a Systems Engineer he was a pioneer in the development of the US Air Force’s Distributed Mission Operations Network and the associated interoperability network standards. He has been both a Program Manager for military training systems and a Portfolio manager for Cyber Training Programs. As President he uses his unique combination of technical acumen, program management, and business development skills to not only define but also propel technology solutions into the future.

Dr. Thomas Kromer

Tommy has over 20 years experience in leading digital modernization and cybersecurity initiatives. He fosters robust security practices across the organization, creating and executing strategic information security plans. Tommy has led large IT transformation projects, managed cybersecurity teams large and small, and worked with nearly every security operations center in the US federal government and leads a large engineering team at the one of the largest private Security Operations Centers. He has conveyed his information technology and cyber security expertise in writing 25+ proposals, with an over 70% win rate. His proposals drive the focus on innovation and modernization for new technologies for a diversified range of customers while serving as a Technical Contributor, Writer, and Lead Solution Architect on several multibillion-dollar wins.
